Refund Policy
Effective May 1, 2026
We want you to be sure Overture fits your workflow before you pay. That's why every plan starts with a no-cost 7-day trial. After the trial ends, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. This page explains how it works in plain language.
1. The 7-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the plan selected at signup. During the trial:
- You get the full plan quota — Basic (1 event), Pro (5 events), or Enterprise (50 events).
- You get the full product, identical to the paid version.
- A valid credit or debit card is required at signup, but nothing is charged during the trial.
- You may cancel at any time before day 8 in your account billing settings, and you will not be charged.
2. Conversion to Annual Paid Subscription
On day 8, if you have not canceled, your subscription automatically converts to an annual paid subscription and your card on file is charged the plan's published annual price.
3. After Conversion — No Refunds on the Annual Subscription
Once the annual subscription is paid, the subscription is non-refundable. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds, including for unused time, unused events, or change of mind.
You may, however, cancel future renewals at any time directly in your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term — you keep access to everything you paid for until then, and your card will not be charged again.
4. The One Exception — Material Software Defect
We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund (in whole or in part) where a software defect materially prevents you from using the Service and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time. To request consideration under this exception, email support@overture.show with a description of the issue and any reference numbers from earlier support tickets.
5. How to Cancel
Cancellation is one-click and self-service. Sign in to your account, open Billing settings, and choose Cancel subscription. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and the date your access ends. You can also email support@overture.show from the address on your account and we will process it for you.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card network without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Most billing concerns can be resolved within one business day by email — please reach out to support@overture.show first.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the latest version, and material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
